For our customer portal (https://ticketmaster.terix.com), your personal contact information that you have provided to us (name, email addresses, telephone numbers) and address (address of supported equipment) will be used by us and our partners to contact you regarding your support ticket and for the sole purpose of providing your company the services which were contracted with us.

TERiX International does not actively provide other companies with statistical information about our users. Site services such as Google Analytics aggregate visitor data but this information is not used to identify any individual visitor to other companies. TERiX International does not sell your personal data.

TERiX International does not share non-personal data with digital advertising companies for retargeting or any other purpose. Non-personal data such as pages visited and links clicked are used to better personalize your experience on this site, but that data is not shared or passed on to any advertisers.
