APPOINTMENT OF CEO AND CHANGE IN BOARD MEMBERS<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nMay 1, 2021<\/p>\r\n
TERiX Computer Service India Pvt Ltd (the Company) today announced the unanimous appointment of Mr. Krishna Kumar as Chief Executive Officer effective 28 March 2021. Mr. Krishna is a successful technology industry stalwart with 16 years of experience leading technology companies. Mr. Krishna replaces Maj. Deepak Joshi (Retd.) who was terminated by the Company on March 22, 2021.<\/p>\r\n
The Company also announced changes to its board members. Mr. Kamal Kumar and Mr. Aasheesh Gupta were appointed to the board by the Company\u2019s shareholders on April 6, 2021 and April 16, 2021, respectively. Messrs. Kumar and Gupta replaced Mr. Joshi and his wife Ms. Joyti Joshi who were forced to resign from the board effective 30 April, 2021.<\/p>\r\n
Mr. Krishna has the full support and cooperation of the Company\u2019s shareholders to move the Company forward and expand its managed services business. Under Mr. Krishna\u2019s leadership, TERiX is creating new managed services business offerings and is further introducing its world class service capabilities into new markets. The shareholders are excited about the expansion of offerings and capabilities and wish Mr. Krishna\u2019s initiatives continued success.<\/p>\r\n
The changes only apply to TERiX Computer Service India Pvt. Ltd. and other TERiX branded entities are unaffected by the changes.<\/p>\r\n
