Nos programmes correspondent \u00e0 la couverture des programmes OEM, mais nous offrons \u00e9galement des options uniques qui offrent un meilleur produit adapt\u00e9 que les Manufacturiers ne peuvent offrir avec leur approche de \u00abtaille unique\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>Support mat\u00e9riel de TERiX<\/h3>\n<p>Nos ing\u00e9nieurs poss\u00e8dent des certifications et toute la formation sur toutes les plates-formes de grandes marques (Sun, IBM, Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.) avec une moyenne de plus de 10 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 fournir un support mat\u00e9riel professionnel, ainsi r\u00e9duisant les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat des clients en livrant efficacement un triage, un diagnostic ou un Service d\u2019Ing\u00e9nieur sur place. Dans les six heures, un Repr\u00e9sentant de Service TERiX (FE) arrivera pour mettre le syst\u00e8me dans un \u00e9tat op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<h3>TERiX Critical Plus: notre solution de support haute disponibilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p>Id\u00e9ale pour les syst\u00e8mes de production critiques, cette option de support permet d\u2019obtenir un temps-r\u00e9ponse d\u2019un repr\u00e9sentant de service sur place dans les 4 heures (\u00e9galement une option de 2 heures sur place), 7 jours sur 24 heures (7\u00d724) en cas de bris majeur.<\/p>\n<h3>TERiX Critical Plus 4HR: Notre plan d\u2019assistance \u00e0 haute disponibilit\u00e9 durant la semaine<\/h3>\n<p>Pour le service de syst\u00e8mes tout au long de la semaine d\u2019affaires, ce programme offre un engagement de r\u00e9ponse de 4 heures, du lundi au vendredi, 24 heures durant. Nous offrons \u00e9galement en option, la possibilit\u00e9 de stockage sur site de pi\u00e8ces de rechange pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de support de haute disponibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>TERiX Elite: Notre solution Standard de support de syst\u00e8me<\/h3>\n<p>Ce service est destin\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes n\u00e9cessitant un soutien sur place du lundi au vendredi pendant les heures normales de bureau (de 8h \u00e0 17h, heure locale). Cette option de soutien vous offre la tranquillit\u00e9 d\u2019esprit qui vient avec la connaissance que vous pouvez avoir un ing\u00e9nieur de support sur site TERiX, disponible \u00e0 votre installation pendant la semaine de travail. La couverture est 8x5x4 sur site dans les quatre heures, avec une option pour les pi\u00e8ces de rechange sur place pour plus de commodit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>TERiX Shared: Notre solution d\u2019auto-entretien<\/h3>\n<p>Pour certains des produits que nous soutenons, nous savons que certains clients sont des utilisateurs sophistiqu\u00e9s qui peuvent effectuer la t\u00e2che de maintenance sur place par leurs propres moyens.
